Shokat Wellness Academy LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the IFPP Patient Check-In program, a healthcare communication service used by Southern Interventional Pain Center to support patient care plan management. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you participate in our SMS messaging program and/or use the IFPP mobile application.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Your Care Team: Your self-reported check-in data is shared with authorized clinical staff at Southern Interventional Pain Center as part of your treatment.
Service Providers: We use Twilio (SMS delivery) and Amazon Web Services (data hosting), both of which are contractually bound to protect your information and maintain HIPAA compliance.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.
We retain your health check-in data and messaging records for the duration of your enrollment in the program and for a period consistent with applicable healthcare record retention requirements (minimum 7 years). SMS opt-in/opt-out records are retained for compliance purposes.
